Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment Commission of the City of Hillsboro shall meet in regular session Monday, August 9, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. at the Hillsboro City Administration Building, located at 214 E. Elm Street in Hillsboro, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:

1. Call Meeting to Order.

2. Deliberate and Act on the Approval of Minutes of the July 23, 2009 Meeting.

3. Consider a Request From Baird, Hampton & Brown, Inc., Engineering & Surveying, On Behalf of Hill Regional Hospital and Family Diagnostic Medical Center Concerning Granting a Variance from Minimum Side Yard (Interior Lot) Setback For Hill Regional Hospital and Family Diagnostic Medical Center property at 1323 E. Franklin Street, in accordance with Article 6.50.4 of the Hillsboro Zoning Ordinance.

4. Hear Comments from People Wishing to Address the Commission.

5. Hear a Report from the Community Development Director.

6. Adjourn.
