Notice is hereby given that the Hillsboro Preservation Commission shall meet on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Historic City Hall at 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas. Lunch will be provided for those who can be here at noon. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:

1. Call Meeting to Order.

2. Deliberate & Act on Minutes from the November 4, 2010 Meeting.

3. Deliberate on Proposed Tax Abatements for Infill Construction.

4. Deliberate on Surveys of Proposed Historic Residential District.

5. Hillsboro Preservation Commission City Council Appointments.

6. Hear From Interim Main Street Manager – Certified Local Government Status

b. Goals & Objectives

7. Adjourn.
