Notice is hereby given that the Historic Preservation Commission of the City of Hillsboro shall meet in regular session Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at Historic City Hall, located at 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:

1. Call Meeting to Order and Determine Quorum.

2. Deliberate and Act on the Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting.

3. Deliberate and Act on Timelines and Calendar of Proceedings for District Designation Phase and Final Review of Historic Preservation Ordinance O2004-01-01 for Clarity and Detail.

4. Deliberate and Act on the Historic Preservation Banquet Planning and Celebration of 160 Year Anniversary of the Creation of Hill County and the Establishment of Hillsboro as County Seat.

5. Hear report from City Staff

• City adopted Resolutions by Council-Historic Preservation

• Town Hall Meetings for Historic Designation

• July Meeting has been rescheduled for July 11, 2013

6. Hear Comments From People Wishing to Address the Commission.

7. Adjourn.
