Notice is hereby given that the Main Street Advisory Board of the City of Hillsboro shall meet in session Monday, August 22, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Historic City Hall meeting room located at 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:

1. Call Meeting to Order

2. Deliberate & Act on the Minutes of the August 4, 2011 Meeting

3. Discuss Filling Two Vacancies on the Board

4. Deliberate & Act on Submitted Main Street Grant Applications

5. Discuss Walking Tour Brochure

6. Hear from Committees & Sub Committees:

a. Design- 1. Streetscape Banner Program

2. Outlet Mall Banners Future Use

7. Main Street Manager’s Report

a. Clifton Main Street

8. Adjourn

The Historic City Hall is wheelchair accessible.
