Notice is hereby given that the Main Street Advisory Board of the City of Hillsboro shall meet in session Monday, June 28, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Historic City Hall located at 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:

1. Call Meeting to Order.

2. Deliberate & Act on Minutes of May 24, 2010 meeting.

3. Deliberate & Act on Reimbursement Receipts for approved grants:

a. Roy Paxton

b. Maurine Perkins

4. Deliberate & Act on Work Plan 2009-2010 for Ten Key Criteria Report.

5. Hear From Committees:

a. Organization

b. Promotion

c. Economic Restructuring

d. Design

6. Main Street Managers Report:

a. Main Street Monthly Report for May 2010

b. Preserve America & Certified Local Government application

c. Follow up on e-mail publicizing façade grant gifts

d. Future Field Trips

7. Adjourn.

The Historic City Hall is wheelchair accessible.
