Notice is hereby given that the Main Street Advisory Board of the City of Hillsboro shall meet in session Monday, October 24, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Historic City Hall meeting room located at 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:

1. Call Meeting to Order.

2. Deliberate & Act on the Minutes of the October 11, 2011 Meeting.

3. Discuss Filling Two Vacancies on the Board.

4. Deliberate & Act on Sign Applications.

5. Deliberate & Act on Submitted Main Street Grant Applications.

6. Discuss Walking Tour Brochure.

7. Hear From Committees & Sub Committees:

a. Design- 1. Streetscape Banner Program.

2. Outlet Mall Banners Future Use.

8. Saturday Night Movies

9. Downtown Christmas Lighting and Decorations

10. Main Street Managers Report.
