Notice is hereby given that the Airport Advisory Board will meet Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at 12:00 noon. The meeting will be held at El Conquistador Restaurant, 1516 Old Brandon Road,  Hillsboro, Texas.  The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows: 

• 1. Call Meeting to Order.
• 2. Elect Officers.
• 3. Discuss New Rates on Hangars and Ramps.
• 4. Discuss “Building Out” of Large Hangar.
• 5. Discuss Progress on Both Hangar and Ramp Projects.
• 6. Hear and Deliberate on Staff Report
• 7.Adjourn
