Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Hillsboro shall meet in regular session on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Historic City Hall, 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:

5. Deliberate and Act on the Approval of the Minutes for the Special and Regular Meetings on November 17, 2009.
6. Act on the Approval of Bills.
Regular Agenda
7. Deliberate and Act on a Resolution Approving Amendments to the Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual.
8. Deliberate and Act on a Resolution Approving an Inter-local Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for Actuarial Shared Services By and Between the North Central Texas Council of Governments and the City of Hillsboro, Texas, and Authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute All Necessary Documents.
9. Deliberate and Act on a Resolution Approving a Master Agreement Pursuant to the Award of Joint Actuarial Services by the North Central Texas Council of Governments Engaging Gabriel, Roeder, Smith & Co. to Perform Actuarial Consulting Services and Authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute All Necessary Documents.
10. Deliberate and Act on a Resolution Approving a Lease Agreement Between the City of Hillsboro and CareFlite EMS to Lease the City Facility Located at 950 Corsicana Highway and Authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute All Necessary Documents.
