Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Hillsboro shall hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. and a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. Both the Special and Regular Meetings will be held at Historic City Hall, 127 E. Franklin in Hillsboro, Texas. The matters to be discussed are as follows:
