Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Hillsboro shall meet in regular session on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Historic City Hall, 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:
1. Call Meeting to Order.
2. Invocation.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Hear Statements from Persons Wishing to Address the Council.

5. Deliberate and Act on the Approval of the Minutes for the Regular Meeting on January 5, 2010.
6. Act on the Approval of Bills.
Regular Agenda
7. Deliberate and Act on Appointments to the Parks Advisory Board and the Planning & Zoning Commission of Greg Solomon, 107 N. Abbott for Terms to Expire in December 2011 and Appointment of Dwight Carmichael, 500 Craig St. to the Historic Preservation Commission for a Term to Expire in December 2011.
8. Deliberate and Act on a Resolution Approving an Agreement For Automatic Mutual Aid, Fire Protection and Emergency Response By and Between the City of Hillsboro and the City of Whitney and Between the City of Hillsboro and the City of Itasca and Authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute All Necessary Documents.
9. Deliberate and Act on a Resolution in Appreciation of Hillsboro Economic Development Corporation Board Member James A. Showers.
10. Hear and Deliberate on City Manager’s Report.
