Notice is hereby given that members of the City Council of the City of Hillsboro have been invited to a dinner with the Board of Directors of the Aquilla Water Supply District to take place on Tuesday, June 23, 2009.  The dinner will be held at the Aquilla Water Supply District’s Water Treatment Plant located at 144 FM 1947, ¼ mile North of Vaughan, Texas. 

Activities scheduled are: 

• 1. Tour starting at 5:30 p.m.
• 2. Dinner served at 6:30 p.m.
• 3. Resume Tours after dinner. 

The City Council will receive information about the operation of the District and plans and projections for the future.  No formal action will be taken by the Hillsboro City Council.  However, discussion of the information presented may take place informally.  A quorum of the Council may be present for the tour of the facilities and for the dinner and information session.
