4. Hear Statements from Persons Wishing to Address the Council.

6. Act on the Approval of Bills.

7. Deliberate and Act on a Resolution Approving an Agreement By and Between the City of Hillsboro and Emergency Communications Network, Inc. for the CodeRED Emergency Notification System and Authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute All Necessary Documents.

8. Deliberate and Act on a Resolution Approving a Memorandum of Understanding/Contract By and Between the City of Hillsboro and the Texas Forest Service and Authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute All Necessary Documents.

9. Deliberate and Act on a Resolution Designating April 10, 2010 as “City of Hillsboro Cleanup Day.”
