Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Hillsboro shall hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. and a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. Both the Special and Regular Meetings will be held at Historic City Hall, 127 E. Franklin in Hillsboro, Texas. The matters to be discussed are as follows:

2. Hold a Closed Session Under the Provisions of Section 551.071 of the Local Government Code (Consultation with Attorney).

7. Deliberate and Act on a Resolution Authorizing an Independent Audit as Required by the City Charter, Article 8, Section 8.09 and Authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute All Necessary Documents.
8. Hear a Presentation and Discussion on HOME Grant Program Progress and Introduction of Two Families Receiving Homes, Joe and Katie Hughes and Billie Morgan.
9. Hear a Presentation and Discussion Regarding the Historic City Hall Centennial Celebration Scheduled for December 12 and 13, 2009, Mayor Pro Tem John Versluis, Chair.
10. Hear a Presentation and Discussion Regarding the Proposed Water Feature Restoration Project for Historic City Hall, Councilmember Betty Birdwell, Chair.
11. Deliberate and Act on a Resolution Approving Change Order 5, Pay Estimates 10 & 11 and Certificate of Construction Completion on the Downtown Streetscape Project Phase #1, TCF Project #726092 and Authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute All Necessary Documents.
12. Hold a Public Hearing, First Reading, and Deliberate on an Ordinance Amending Ordinance No O2004-01-01, Historic Landmarks and Districts, Section 4B, Section 6C1 and 6C2 As Recommended by the Historic Preservation Commission.
