Notice is hereby given that the Hillsboro Parks Advisory Board will meet Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Historic City Building 127 E. Franklin Street, Hillsboro, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:

1. Call Meeting to Order.

2. Swearing in of New Members.

3. New Officers selection; chairperson, vice chairperson and secretary.

4. Deliberate and Act on the Approval of Minutes of the previous meeting.

5. Hear, Deliberate, and Act on approving upcoming H.S.A. baseball/softball season to be held at Wallace Park.

6. Hear, Deliberate, and Act on approving concession stand contract with H.S.A. for upcoming baseball/softball season.

7. Hear on current status on the City Park grant.

8. Hear and Deliberate on Staff Report.

9. Next Park Board Meeting will be held on March 3, 2010.

10. Adjourn.
