Notice is hereby given that the Hillsboro Preservation Commission shall meet on Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 12:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City of Hillsboro Marketing & Development office 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas. Lunch will be served at noon. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:

1. Call Meeting to Order.

2. Presentation – Judge Bob McGregor

3. Deliberate & Act on Minutes at the January 7, 2010 Hillsboro Preservation Commission Meeting.

4. Administer Oath of Office to the Hillsboro Preservation Commission New Appointee.

5. Deliberate & Act on Hillsboro Historic District Boundaries.

6. Hear report from Hillsboro Preservation Commission Chair regarding:

a. Preserve America Workshop – February 18, 2010.

b. Preservation Awards Dinner – April 30, 2010.

7. Adjourn.
