Notice is hereby given that the Hillsboro Preservation Commission shall meet on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 12:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City of Hillsboro Marketing & Development office 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas. Lunch will be served at noon. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:

1. Call Meeting to Order.

2. Deliberate & Act on Minutes from the February 4, 2010 Hillsboro Preservation Commission Meeting.

3. Elect Hillsboro Preservation Commission Chair and Vice Chair.

4. Deliberate & Act on Hillsboro Preservation Ordinance:

a. Discussion of Process for Creating Historic Districts.

b. District Boundaries for Downtown and Residential Area.

5. Deliberate & Act on Preservation Awards Dinner Event Plans.

6. Hear report from Hillsboro Preservation Commission Chair.

7. Adjourn.
