Notice is hereby given that the Hillsboro Preservation Commission shall meet on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at 12:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City of Hillsboro Marketing & Development office 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:

1. Call Meeting to Order.

2. Deliberate & Act on Minutes from October 1, 2009 Historic Preservation Commission Meeting.

3. Deliberate & Act on Fall Schedule:

a. Report to City Council on November 17, 2009

b. Continued review of Preservation Ordinance

4. Hear update from Chair.

5. Adjourn.
