Notice is hereby given that the Hillsboro Preservation Commission shall meet on Thursday, July 2, 2009 at 12:30.  The meeting will be held at the Historic City Hall, 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas.  The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:           

• 1. Call Meeting to Order.
• 2. Update from Chair Person.
• 3. Adjourn.  

Lunch will be served at noon for interested Commission Members and Guests.   The meeting will be called to order at approximately 12:30 p.m.
