Notice is hereby given that the Main Street Advisory Board of the City of Hillsboro shall meet in session Monday, January 25, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Historic City Hall located at 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:
1. Call Meeting to Order.
2. Deliberate & Act on Minutes of November 23, 2009 meeting.
3. Administer the Oath of Office for Appointees.
4. Deliberate & Act on Report of Streetscape Banner Committee.
5. Deliberate and Act on Reimbursement Request from Susan & Hank Fults for the
Texas Theater Grant – 107 South Waco St..
6. Deliberate and Act on New Grant Request from Maurine Perkins – 122 & 124 W. Elm St.
for brick pointing on west wall.
