Notice is hereby given that the Main Street Advisory Board of the City of Hillsboro shall meet in session Monday, November 23, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Historic City Hall located at 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:
1. Call Meeting to Order.
2. Deliberate & Act on minutes from October 26, 2009 advisory board meeting.
3. Deliberate & Act on Jannay Valdez letter requesting museum housing in Hillsboro.
4. Hear from Promotions Committee.
5. Hear from Streetscape Banner Committee.
6. Hear from Walking Tour Brochure Committee.
7. Deliberate and act on reimbursement requests on grants awarded:
a. Ronney Earp – Plymouth DeSoto Building
b. Douglas Johnson – Johnson’s Cleaners
8. Hear Main Street Manager’s Report on:
a Board Applications for Terms expiring December 2009.
b. Main Street Monthly Report for October 2009.
c. National Main Street City 2010 Scoring.
d. Centennial Celebration Update.
e. Streetscape Phase II.
f. Review Main Street Program Grant Fund.
g. Future Field Trips and Training Classes.
9. Adjourn.

The Historic City Hall is wheelchair accessible.
