Notice is hereby given that the Main Street Board of the City of Hillsboro shall meet in specially called  session Monday, August 3, 2009 at 5:30 p.m.  The meeting will be held at the City of Hillsboro Marketing & Development office, small conference room, located at 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas.  The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:                                                                                                                                                                               

1. Call Meeting to Order.  
2. Deliberate & Act on Main Street Monthly Reports for May & June.                                           
3. Deliberate & Act on 2Q Reinvestment Report submitted July 10^th.                                  
4. Deliberate & Act on Grant Application: 
   Maurine Perkins, 122 & 124 W. Elm Street. 
5. Deliberate & Act on Main Street Work Plan Program 2010.
6. Deliberate & Act on Main Street Board Sponsorship:
   Elm Street Rod Run People’s Choice Award.   
7. Hear Main Street Manager’s Report.
8. Adjourn.
