Notice is hereby given that the Main Street Board of the City of Hillsboro shall meet in regular session Monday, May 18, 2009 at 5:30 p.m.  The meeting will be held at the City of Hillsboro Marketing & Development office, small conference room, located at 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas.  The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows: 

1. Call Meeting to Order.
2. Deliberate & Act on Minutes from the March 23, 2009 Board Meeting.
3. Review & Discuss:
                     a.  Main Street Monthly Report submitted for March & April 2009.
                     b.  3Q Main Street Reinvestment Report submitted in April 2009.
4. Deliberate & Act on:
                     a.  Sign Permit Application for Gold Nugget Pawn Shop – 89 N. Waco St.
                     b.  Main Street Grant Application from William Galiga – 108 N. Waco St.
                     c.  Scheduling of Main Street Training in June 2009.
5. Discussion & Evaluation of:
                     a.  Heritage Tourism Training
                     b.  Awards Dinner 
6. Open to hear other items of discussion.
7. Adjourn.
