Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Hillsboro shall meet in regular session Monday, February 8, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Administration Building, located at 214 E. Elm Street in Hillsboro, Texas. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:

1. Call Meeting to Order.

2. Administer Oath of Office

3. Elect Officers

4. Deliberate and Act on the Approval of Minutes of the Sept. 14, 2009 Meeting.

5. Review an Application submitted by Kenny Kennedy for a Preliminary and Final Plat of “Trail to the Cross Cowboy Church Addition”, Block 1, Lot 1, to the City of Hillsboro, Texas.

6. Hear Comments from People Wishing to Address the Commission.

7. Hear a Report from the Community Development Director.

8. Adjourn.
