NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HILLSBORO WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AT THE CITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 214 E. ELM STREET IN HILLSBORO, TEXAS, ON MONDAY, March 8, 2010 AT 6:00 P.M. TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:

Review an Application submitted by Sabrina Leal for a Preliminary and Final Plat of “Rivers of Praise Church Addition”, Lot 1, Block 1, to the City of Hillsboro Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, Hill County, Texas. This is the Same Tract of Land Described as All that Certain Lot, Tract or Parcel of Land Lying and Situated in the J. Newby Survey, Abstract 680, Hill County, Texas, being all of that certain tract of land described as 1.50 acres in Deed Without Warranty to Iglesia Rios de Alabanza, Cristo Viene, Inc. dated December 1, 2004, recorded in Volume 1590, Page 286 in the Official Public Records of Hill County, Texas. This Property is Located at 120 FM 309.

The City Council will meet in Special Session on Tuesday, March 9, 2010, 7:00 p.m. at The Historic City Hall, 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas to act upon the recommendations of the Commission.
