NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HILLSBORO WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AT CITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 214 E. ELM STREET IN HILLSBORO, TEXAS, ON MONDAY, JULY 13, 2009 AT 6:00 P.M. TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:

Review and an Application Submitted by Michael W. Mc Donald on Behalf of Brad S. Bryant, Requesting a Re-Zone of Property to Change from Heavy Industrial (I-2) to Central Business District (CBD), Being All That Certain Tract of Land Described as  Lot 20A, Block 7, in The Original Town of Hillsboro, Hill County, Texas, Further Described In the Deed from David Hocker and wife, Donna Hocker To Brad S. Bryant, as recorded in Volume 1356, Page 0281 of the Official Public Records of Hill County Texas, aka 126 W. Elm.

 The City Council will meet Tuesday, July 21, 2009, 7:00 p.m. at The Historic City Hall, 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas to Act upon the Recommendations of the Commission.
