NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HILLSBORO WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AT THE CITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 214 E. ELM STREET IN HILLSBORO, TEXAS, ON MONDAY, MARCH 22, 2010 AT 6:00 P.M. TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:

Review vacating and abandoning a portion of Mary Street Beginning at the intersection of Parker Street ending at the right-of-way of Texas State Highway 22, portion of alley beginning at the intersection of Davis Street ending a the intersection of Mary Street, a public alley and street in the City of Hillsboro, further described as “George Addition” Volume 49, Page 244, Hill County, Texas.

Review an Application from H. Ray Vaughn, James A. Vaughn and Donia R. Gill to Re-plat part of Lots 14 thru 16 and part of Lots 30 thru 32 of the George Addition to the City of Hillsboro, according to the plat recorded in Volume 49, Page 224 of the Deed Records of Hill County, Texas

The City Council will meet in on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, 7:00 p.m. at The Historic City Hall, 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas to act upon the recommendations of the Commission.
