NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HILLSBORO WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AT THE CITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 214 E. ELM ST STREET IN HILLSBORO, TEXAS, ON MONDAY, March 8, 2010 AT 6:00 P.M. TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:

Review an Application submitted by Hill County Paw Pals for a Preliminary and Final Plat of “Hill County Paw Pals Addition”, Lot 1, Block 1, to the City of Hillsboro, Texas. This is the Same Tract of Land Described as All that Certain Lot, Tract or Parcel of Land Lying and Situated in The City of Hillsboro, in the Dixon Spears Survey, Abstract 838, & the Henry Ross Survey, Abstract No. 755, Hill County, Texas, being all of that certain tract of land described as 3.083 acres in the Warranty Deed from Hillsboro Auction Company to Hill County Paw Pals recorded in Volume 1625, Page 516 in the Official Public Records of Hill County, Texas. This Property is Located at 1500 Abbott Ave.

The City Council will meet Tuesday, March 9, 2010, 7:00 p.m. at The Historic City Hall, 127 E. Franklin Street in Hillsboro, Texas to act upon the recommendations of the Commission.
