The City of Hillsboro Marketing & Development Department manages all of the City’s economic development functions. The Marketing & Development Department encompasses the City’s 4A Economic Development Corporation and Main Street Program. Offices are located in the recently renovated Historic City Hall, 127 E. Franklin Street.
