As a community water system, the City of Hillsboro is required to send our customers an Annual Report of the Drinking Water Quality.  This is required by Title 30 of the Texas Administrative Code, §290.271 – 290.275. For more information please contact, (254)582-3478. This report is mailed to all of our Utility Billing customers. Additional reports in English or Spanish will be available at the City Administration building, 214 E. Elm St.
