Consumer Confidence Report (CCR)

Consumer Confidence Report (CCR), also known as an Annual Water Quality Report, is a document that provides information about your drinking water. It's required by the Safe Drinking Water Act and is sent to every household served by a public water system.

The annual CCR will include the following:

  • Source of water: Where does your drinking water come from (e.g., river, well)?
  • Treatment process: How is your water treated to make it safe to drink?
  • Contaminants: What contaminants were detected in your water, and how do they compare to federal and state standards?
  • Health effects: What are the potential health risks associated with these contaminants?
  • Monitoring: How often is your water tested?
  • Contact information: Who can you contact if you have questions or concerns about your drinking water?
