Arthur (Art) Mann serves as administrator for the Hillsboro Economic Development Corporation (HEDC). The Hill County native joined the HEDC staff in September 2014 after working 33 years in the newspaper and radio business with The Reporter Newspaper and 1560 KHBR Radio in Hillsboro. The City of Hillsboro’s Economic Development department is responsible for the City’s industrial retention and attraction programs. Art Mann also serves as the administrator for the City’s 4A Economic Development Corporation. The office is located at Hillsboro Administration Building, 214 East Elm Street.
